Purposeful Becoming is a full-day experience created to make room for possibility—to move, imagine, create, listen, and consider what it might look like to live a little more boldly and intentionally.
This year, we'll explore possibility, intention, and purposeful action through a thoughtful blend of yoga, meditation, intentional making, journaling, a sound bath, and meaningful connection. You'll have space to quiet the noise, explore what's calling your attention, create with your hands, and give shape to an intention you want to carry beyond the day.
The spring equinox offers a natural moment to pause, make space for what matters, and consider what’s possible. Enjoy a seasonally inspired vegan lunch and nourishing snacks as you settle into a day that moves between stillness and movement, individual exploration and shared experience, imagination and intention.
